The Polished MD, the physician career enhancement service of the Medical Professionals’ Learning & Career Consultants LLC, strives to help you meet your goals and make your dreams a reality.  Our hope is to help you improve your job seeking, application, and interviewing skills to reach beyond your initial dreams, get the job you thought unachievable, and continue on to the career you always wanted.

We specialize in residency, fellowship, and new attending jobs only.  We do not focus on Tutoring, Medical school or other professional school applications, and focus only on the unique application needs for the new physician.  Between studying and time in the clinics and hospital, putting patients first and meeting family obligations, you have little time to know what is best for you.

We are experienced highlighting all types of backgrounds both outstanding physicians achieve more, or the struggling students successfully match.  We have worked with 100s of students, residents, fellows and physicians achieve their desired residencies, fellowships and first jobs through providing on eon one consultations with you as the center of our attention.

Choosing from a range of career or application support companies, you have the option how you want to interact.  You need to take the time to choose and evaluate the one that is best for you. With this in mind, we give you the personal service that you are looking for. ou are not a number, or another file to review. We get to know who you are, where you want to go, and coach you though the process to advertise the best image of you.  One size does not fit all.

We are only as successful as you are.  Each one of our clients comes to us from a different background with different successes and sometimes unique hurdles to overcome.   We measure success in client satisfaction. The job you get is your success, and we will help you get there. We have not yet had an unsatisfied client. 

We can garuntee that we will set you up for the best possible chance to succeed.  There are many variables that go into the hiring process. We can not change your history, or biases in the world of medicine. 

Following the purchase of a product you will receive an email from the polished MD explaining next steps. We will work with you closely to get you the result you one based on the product of choice.  See our terms of services for more detailed outline. 

We do not provide items under our “services” for free, but we provide a wealth of content that can help you through your application and interview process. You can find this under out “Content” and on our social media channels.

We are available through E-mail and by phone.  We will get back typically with in  72 hours. 

Yes.  We can help you navigate which ever stage of your career you are striving for.   We have phone or video consultation by the hour if none of our prescript services are not what you need. After choosing a date and time that is convenient for you,  you will fill out a basic intake form to help us with who you are to maximize on solutions and panning during your consolation time.

You know what you need.  We will not sell you on a service that you do not need or want.  Many of our colleagues companies may offer a 15 minute free consultation.  This is a marketing tool that we do not feel is an honest method, as it will put pressure on you to purchase a product you may not need.
