The Medical Professionals Learning & Career Consultants LLC (“MPLCC.LLC”) operates and may operate other websites. It is MPLCC.LLC’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, MPLCC.LLC collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, the date and time of each visitor request, among others. MPLCC.LLC’ purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how MPLCC.LLC’ visitors use its website. From time to time, MPLCC.LLC may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

MPLCC.LLC also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on blogs/websites. MPLCC.LLC only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Sharing Data with Third Parties

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Necessary personal, billing, and financial information may be relayed to necessary third parties to complete purchases and transactions. Your sensitive financial information is never stored by MPLCC.LLC.

MPLCC.LLC may Disclose Personal Information to unrelated third parties to enable outsourcing of functions (such as billing, customer relations management and order fulfillment), where that is Disclosure or Use for a related Secondary Purpose and has been notified to individuals or where such Disclosure is within the individual’s Reasonable Expectations.

MPLCC.LLC will take reasonable steps to ensure that its contracts with third parties include requirements for third parties to comply with the Use and Disclosure requirements of the Privacy Act.

MPLCC.LLC may Disclose Personal Information to law enforcement agencies, government agencies, courts or external advisers where permitted or required by law.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to MPLCC.LLC’ websites choose to interact with MPLCC.LLC in ways that require MPLCC.LLC to gather personally-identifying information. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Business Transfers
